| Day One Some Teams arrive and check into hotels.
Team Registrations 8:15-10:00am 4-6pm collect payment, waivers signed by all 9 team members, music and music sheets Hand out: packets to teams: with credentials (3 days ski pass for 9 team members and 2 coaches), schedule, lunch tickets, town info, apres ski info 9am-4pm - Teams are welcome to train on any slope on Aspen Mountain or Snowmass Mountain. The competition hill, North American will NOT be closed for teams only Après ski@ TBA Day Two Official Training day More teams arrive and check into hotels. 8:15-9:30am - Team Registrations (see notes on April 4th) 9am - Teams loading the gondola at Ajax 9:30am-3:30pm– North American Competition hill open for team training the figures. Please come by and sideslip after every third pass on the course. 5:30pm - Judges meeting (Aspen Locker Conference Room) 6:30pm - Coaches meeting (Aspen Locker Conference Room) Après ski @ 39 degrees Sky Hotel Day Three Competition day 8am – Volunteers meet coordinator in the Gondola office 9am - Teams loading the gondola at Ajax 9:45am – Coaches meeting on the deck of Bonnies, confirm start time 9:15am-10:15am– Team training on any other run on Ajax/Aspen. North American - Competition hill will be closed to all teams (Please ski side of comp run) 10:30am – First pass, free 11:10am – School figure pass 11:50am – Third pass, free 12:30pm – Fourth pass, free 1:00 pm - lunch at Bonnie’s at the base of the competition hill 4:00 pm – Start of Après ski party and awards @ TBA 4:30pm - Awards and prizes presentations. Please be there on time! 6:00pm - more partying and dancing @ TBA Note: Teams will be told by the starter to come back up to the top of the course for side slipping after their pass. |
