8 person team Registration Fee is US$ 1000
6 person team Registration fee is US $810

Entry Fee includes team competitors (either 6 or 8)
plus one alternate and up to 2 coaches.
An 8 person team registration fee includes 11 credentials.
An 6 person team registration fee includes 9 credentials.

Registration forms due Feb 15th, 2013
NO registration entry forms will be accepted past
March 15, 2013

Entry fee is DUE on March 1st, 2013
Penalties for Late Payment are to discourage teams from paying late.
Please avoid penalties by paying by March 1st.

Late Entry Fee Penalties
add $100 if Received between March 2nd -7th, 2013
add $200 if Received between March 8th - 15th, 2013
add $500 if Received between March 16th - 31st, 2013

Aspen World Synchro Championships

    Registration Fee includes:

  • Team Entry into the Aspen World Synchro Championships
  • Lift Credentials valid for Aspen Mountain only for visiting teams for up to 4 days.
    (Competition day and team's choice of one to three additional days)
  • Additional lift days beyond 4 may be purchased at a discounted rate.
  • lunch ticket for Comp day for team members and one alternate and up to 2 coaches at
    Bonnies restaurant (Additional awards entries and Bonnie's lunch ticket available for $50pp)
  • Hotel Discounts
  • Awards party with snack food and first drink included for teams members and one alternate
    and up to 2 coaches. (Additional awards entries and Bonnie's lunch ticket available for
    $50pp)
  • Drink Discounts at Apres skis and Awards party
  • Drink Discounts at Apres skis for the 2 nights prior to Awards
  • Trophy plaques and medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
  • Team Name engraved on Perpectual trophy for 1st place open division and 1st place
    Women's division.

  • Entry Fee payment - check, cash, bank transfer, or paypal, (sorry, no credit cards)

  • Waiver Form 2013 - each individually signed by all team members and alternates
  • Team Bio Sheet - with information for the announcer about your team.
  • W-9 form - for national teams to be eligible for prize money
  • Music sheet - with song names and performer in case DJ needs to find a backup.
  • CD - with 4 passes songs in order, Pass 1, School figure, Pass 3, Pass 4
  • Pass Diagrams - choreography diagrams for technical difficulty score. see rules
  • Any late payment penalty due - (see dates and penalty amounts above)

  • Team Name
  • Division (Alpine, Telemark, Snowboard, Adaptive, or Kids)
  • Team Type (Men, Mixed, Women)  
  • Team size (6 or 8 - only one alternate per team is eligible to compete and have credential
    included in entry fee)
  • Entry Fee ($1000 for 8 person team, $810 for 6 person team)

  • Choice of 2, 3 or 4 Aspen Mountain pass lift days requested   
  • Number of extra discounted lift tickets required beyond 4 days. email request
