Works for the Federal government in financial law enforcement and spends his weekdays seizing banks. Says he's not a PSIA'er and won't be seen in the Sky Bar moving his hands showing what edge angle his skis were on or discussing turn radius but will listen to you do so for a wheat beer.

Joel is originally from Lake Placid, N.Y. He is now an Examiner Emeritus with PSIA. He's judged this event 6 times, the World Powder 8 Championships twice, the National Powder 8 Championships 9 times. He has managed ski schools in Australia and New Zealand, was Ski School Director at Breckenridge, The Canyons in Utah and Bear Mt. California and is currently a trainer for the Vail Ski and Snowboard School. Adam Hosie I come from Beaver Creek, CO and Thredbo, Australia. This is my first time judging an event like this. I have competed for 6 years in Demo skiing competitions in the US, Canada and Switzerland, and I have been an APSI examiner for 7 years.
