The Aspen Divas and a team of experienced executive and life coaches, Kathryn Mayer and Deepa Awal, bring
you a unique experience in skiing - combining the practice of skiing with the art of living and learning. Challenge your
current paradigm of what is possible for you in life using the slopes as a tool to support you in your growth.
Target Audience: This is a workshop for women who wish to improve their skiing, and add a range of new
possibilities and actions to their life and careers. This workshop is designed for a minimum level of intermediate skiers
who are comfortable on blue runs.
Approach: Using the activity of skiing as the tool, the program will rely on expert ski instruction and cutting edge
innovative principles of learning and coaching to create a unique experience for you. Based on the premise that
integration of body, mind and spirit empowers the self and enhances satisfation, the workshop provides insights that
can be applied to skiing, careers and personal life.
Results: Learn how to empower yourself to achieve your goals, how to trust and how to collaborate. Work with
fellow skiers and coaches to improve your skiing, differentiate between perfection and excellence, and know your
strengths to create new possibilities for action in your life and career. Your coaches will ensure that this is achieved in
a safe and supportive environment, allowing you to expand your comfort zone effortlessly.
The Facilitators: The Aspen Divas and two executive coaches – Deepa Awal and Kathryn Mayer work
together to enhance your skiing expertise, and provide lasting insights that support your life and career.
The Divas represent Aspen at national and international ski competitions. They are a highly experienced team of
women ski instructors comprising five different nationalities. Their passion for the slopes is contagious even as they
rely on precision, technique, and regular practice to train all levels of skiers.
Kathryn brings 20 years of experience as an executive coach with a unique vision on how women can learn to enjoy
competition and risk taking while still being authentic to themselves as women.
Deepa brings 20 years of coaching experience in business and education, with a unique perspective on body mind
integration, and how it impacts learning, success and personal empowerment.
Cost: $2299 - for four days, including: four lift tickets, daily ski instruction, group and private life coaching, video-
